This is an internet based e-program containing a 3 Day Mini Course, Introduction and Twelve Lessons each with Mandatory Homework. After the 3 Day Mini Course, you receive 1 Lesson per week for three months. 1 fifteen minute private coaching session with Dr. Gary Grossman.
Many people can do the program on their own. Others need 1:1 individual coaching sessions with Dr. Gary. Sign up for supplemental individual coaching after your FREE individual 15 minute consultation with Dr. Grossman, if it seems beneficial at that time.
